Claudia, Co-Owner/Agent

Claudia is co-owner of AIOT and an agent. She loves to travel and has had the opportunity to visit 49 of the 50 United States, with a vow to visit Hawaii to check off all 50. Internationally, she has visited England, Italy, France, Nassau, Haiti, Puerto Rico, St Maarten, Mexico, and Canada and hopes to add more to the list. When not planning once-in-a-lifetime trips for her clients, Claudia likes to spend time with her 5 grandchildren.

Justin, Co-Owner/Managing Agent

Justin has had a passion for travel since childhood. By the age of 15, his parents had exposed him to the continental 48 states and multiple countries. He has had a wide range of experiences from staying in small motels to mega resorts; long “van rides” from Illinois to Washington down the west coast; short flights from Chicago to St. Louis; and everything in-between. His parents took him to Walt Disney World several times during his childhood and took him to Disneyland, too. He and his wife love to get away as often as possible. They have had multiple stays at all-inclusive resorts and boutique resorts throughout the Caribbean. Recently, Justin and his wife have shared his love of Disney with his children. His family has been on multiple Disney Destination trips, including visits to Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and cruising aboard Disney Cruise Line. He prides himself on providing individualized planning for his guests. He understands the wide range of experiences of his clients and strives to provide unique advice and tips according to each family’s needs and desires.

Tracy, Co-Owner/Agent

Tracy loves to travel! She enjoys relaxing in the tropics and exploring new places. Tracy is enjoying travelling with her family which includes her husband and two young children. Tracy’s current favorite vacation is anywhere aboard a Disney Cruise Line ship. She has experience travelling to a wide variety of locations and serving clients that have traveled all over the globe. She works with her clients to understand what experiences they currently enjoy and what they hope to experience. Tracy provides customized advice for her clients and provides terrific service to make traveling dreams become lifelong memories.

Hi, I’m Amanda! I am a full-time teacher and a part-time Adventure Planner. I specialize in Disney Destinations + beyond! I was raised on Disney magic. The kind you pack into a single day with snacks from home and wide-eyed wonder that didn’t need a price tag. Now, as a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder, wife, mom, and travel storyteller, I help others create experiences full of magic, meaning, and legacy. From rope drop mornings to the last firework at night. I’ve cruised open waters, swam with pigs in the Bahamas, zip-lined through Jamaican treetops, and stood in the ancient streets of Greece and Turkey. Not to escape life, but to connect more deeply to it. Raised in a small-town farm community, I know what it means to dream from a distance, and my Grandma’s favorite ride, It’s a Small World, still reminds me that we’re more alike than we think. I don’t believe in selling a highlight reel. I believe in honest expectations, real connection, and helping families see that magic doesn’t have to cost a fortune. You don’t need a perfect plan. You just need a spark—and the courage to believe the magic isn’t far away. It’s already in your heart, waiting to be unlocked as the story. And legacy. You were always meant to create.

Jamie

Jamie lives in Limestone, Illinois with her husband and children. She loves traveling and photography! Whether it be a cabin in Wisconsin or an All Inclusive trip to Cabo.. Jamie never passes up an Adventure! She has a great love of the ocean and it’s creatures! She has swam with dolphins twice and stingrays once! What’s next? Her favorite trips are Disney and beach vacations but can work with you on any fabulous trip!

Jerry
Jerry is affectionately known as “Uncle Disney” among his family and friends. He and his family are huge Disney fans and have gone to “The Happiest Place on Earth” many times. Besides Walt Disney World and Disney Cruise Line, they also enjoy traveling with other cruise companies and seeking new destinations. Jerry feels that travel is an important part of our lives and doing that with family and friends allows us to relax, seek new adventures, and find our happy place. Let’s go do this!!

My name is Lauren and I am a nurse who lives in Carol Stream, IL. I live with my husband, two sons and two dogs. My family and I vacation to Disney World at least once a year. I believe there is always something new to experience. In addition to frequenting Disney World, I have traveled through out the U.S., including Hawaii, and to the Bahamas. Reed

Reed has a passion for adventure!  Reed and his family live near St. Louis, MO and frequently fly out of Lambert Airport. Reed is a chef by trade and works in the restaurant industry when he’s not planning his next trip.  Reed is the 5th of 8 children and has been taking family trips to Disney World and Disney Land for over 35 years.  He has traveled throughout the US and Mexico and is looking forward to exploring more of the Caribbean and parts of Europe.  Reed has a daughter and 2 step children that have all traveled to Disney World on multiple occasions along with his Wife, Kerry. Reed and Kerry have traveled together to multiple locations in Mexico and try to discover new all-inclusive resorts each visit.  Reed and Kerry recently were married and experienced an amazing “Disneymoon” at Disney’s Polynesian Resort.
