Behind the Planning

Claudia is co-owner of AIOT and an agent. She loves to travel and has had the opportunity to visit ALL 50 of the 50 United States and U.S. Territory Puerto Rico! Internationally, she has visited England, Italy, France, Nassau, Haiti, St Maarten, Mexico, and Canada and hopes to add more to the list. When not planning once-in-a-lifetime trips for her clients, Claudia likes to spend time with her 5 grandchildren.

Tracy loves to travel and create core memories along the way. She enjoys relaxing on the beach, exploring new places, and discovering the experiences that make each destination unique. Traveling with her family—her husband and two children—as well as friends is what inspires her passion for helping others plan unforgettable trips. Currently, Tracy’s favorite vacation is anywhere aboard a cruise ship. She loves the excitement of visiting multiple destinations while enjoying everything a cruise has to offer. Tracy works closely with her clients to understand the experiences they love and the adventures they hope to have. She provides personalized guidance and exceptional service to help turn travel dreams into lifelong memories. While Disney vacations sparked her passion for planning trips, she has expanded her expertise to include cruises, all-inclusive resorts, Mexico, Hawaii, and guided tours overseas.
